Who is Hungry Hearts Ministries?

Hungry Hearts Ministry is a Nondenominational Christian Church in Jackson, TN. We are Torah Observant and Spirit Filled with the use of certain Hebrew worship tools like the tallit and the shofar. The purpose of Hungry Hearts Ministries is to teach Christians how to LIVE according to the way of life taught in the Law of God (Bible), and to BAPTIZE them in the Holy Spirit, so they can WORSHIP the Living God both in SPIRIT and in TRUTH. We accomplish this with a five point outreach: local services, Passover and Feast of Tabernacles Celebrations, Pursuit Magazine, books on our purpose, and missions overseas. In line with our ministries, we publish and sell books on living by His Laws. We also put out our own FREE quarterly magazine, Pursuit. We are also a member of The Bible Sabbath Association. Actively working together we have been able to spread the Word of God for more than 14 years.

We are a ministry dedicated to serving the God of Israel. Too many Christian organizations are focused around men. It takes men and women to serve God; we just need to change the focus from us to Him. Our purpose and our outreaches are focused on bringing people to Him. That is, to God our Father and to His Son, (Yeshua) Jesus Christ. We are a people who are hungry for more of God. We are sick and tired of man-made church. We want to feel His Spirit stir within us. We are focused on the real God to help us with our real needs in our real lives. We are hungry for His Presence, we are thirsty for His Spirit, and we are willing to offer Him our lives.

We believe Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah died to pay for the sins of all mankind. We accept His son as our Savior because He paid for our sins with His death on the cross. Having accepted that sacrifice we live by all of God’s laws and commandments to the best of our ability, considering there currently is no Temple. We live by His laws, because he told us to live that way. Our goal is to teach people how to obey God’s laws and commandments out of love for our Savior. We are filled with God’s Spirit and we worship Him with it. We want the fullness of His Spirit, because it is the power of God living in us. We want Him and all of Him that we can have. We worship God because it is the whole duty of mankind. We worship God because He has redeemed us to Himself. We worship God because we know Him. We are focused on bringing people together to worship God Almighty.

We teach and practice Torah Observance. That means we live by the rules that God gave for human living on planet earth. That does not mean we believe that we can earn our salvation with God. It means that we appreciate our Savior and His sacrifice. It means that we are willing to live our life the way that He taught us to live. The Torah contains all of the relevant rules for living life as a human being on this earth. It is the way of life taught in the Holy Bible from the beginning to the end. It is also the way of life that Yeshua lived.

We teach and practice a Spirit of God filled life. The Spirit of God is Jesus living in a believer. It is the power of God to overcome sin in our lives. It is the power of God to open the Holy Scriptures to the mind of the believer. And it is our open line of contact with the Living God. It is how we feel His Presence. It is how we experience God.

We teach the Plan of Salvation for all mankind that God laid out in the pattern of the Holy Days in Leviticus chapter 23. This is a far more extensive plan than is commonly taught. God has not “lost” the bulk of humanity to the enemy. He has a plan to resurrect the dead, and to reveal Himself to them. Because the Plan of Salvation is laid out in the Holy Days, we really celebrate these days. God’s Holy Days reveal many of the mysteries of prophecy and show the true greatness and supreme majesty in our Creator.

We teach with serious Prophetic Insight regarding the identity in Prophecy of the United States and Britain. How could these two pivotal nations be missing in prophecy? Their identity is the missing link in knowing how the various “End time” scenarios will work out.
